How do I place an order?

​

If you would like to order a custom product, go to your desired product's heading under MORE on desktop or MENU on mobile, fill in the order/quote form or contact us directly with your order and our team will get back to you with a customised quote as well an invoice with all your order details, should you wish to confirm your order please do so within 3 days of receiving your invoice.

Cancellations or Complaints 

​

Any cancellations or changes to your order should be forwarded to bakedbyimaan@gmail.com or to 063 817 7149 at least 3 days before your order date.

We do understand that life happens. However, it is not feesable for us to allow any late cancellations or changes without charging 50% of the order amount. Should you have to cancel your order less than 3 days before your order date, 50% of your total will still be charged.

Any complaints can also be forwarded to bakedbyimaan@gmail.com and we will try and get back to you as well as assist as soon as we can! Please try and report any major complaints as soon as possible for us to assist you accordingly.

Are you halaal?

​

Yes we are, fully halaal, we do not use any alcohol or animal-based gelatine in our products.

Are you nut-safe/gluten or vegan friendly?

​

We bake with a variety of nuts. However, should you want a specific product nut-free it can be stated in our "Notes" section when ordering or purchasing a cake.

Some of our products we are happy to make vegan or gluten free, please enquire with us whether a specific product is able to made gluten or vegan friendly.

How long do the cakes stay fresh? 

​

We make all our products the traditional way, without any preservatives or stabilizers and thus recommend eating them as soon as possible (within 1-2 days) to ensure the best flavours and quality! However our cakes will keep fresh for about a week, if kept in an airtight container in the fridge.

Should cakes be refridgerated?

​

Yes, always refrigerate your cake, especially on a hot day! Take it out 30 mins or so before serving and always allow your cake to come to room temperature before eating.

How far in advance should I order? 

​

We require the following lead times for our products as a rough estimate:

Cupcakes – 3 days notice 
Classic, Lunchbox, Bento Cakes and Bento Cake Boxes – 3 days notice 
Custom Cake
s – At least 3 days notice BUT preferably 5 days

We try our utmost best to accommodate last-minute orders when we can; if you have a serious cake emergency and require urgent assistance, please contact us!

How does payment work?

​

We require a 50% deposit on the day your invoice is received, for any custom orders to secure your order!

​

The remaining 50% must be settled at least 5 days before your order is due.

If the amount is not settled 5 days before your order date, we cannot confirm your order and will not be held accountable for not fulfilling your order. All information will be stated on your invoice/confirmation email. If you are still unsure, reach out to us way before the time.

Yes. We do corporate and bulk orders. Contact us for more details should you wish to order.
